These started when I made a housewarming gift for my friend’s family a few years ago. I hadn’t thought anything of it, but when I saw their reactions, I wanted to do more of these to benefit others. I named them sketchbook houses in honor of my Great-Grandmother, an artist who made small wooden houses and titled them “Sketchbook houses.” Now I’m using her idea in my own business as well, and she loves it.

Sketchbook houses are great for housewarming gifts, celebrations, moving days, ext. Many order sketchbook houses as a gift to their family/friends, a momento of their childhood home, and many realtors have also used sketchbook houses as closing gifts to their clients.

Getting a personalized sketchbook house is only $60 for 9x12 size or $80 for 11x14 size, and takes 3-6 days for me to complete.

If you are in the DFW area, please place a commission at least a week before the commission is needed so we have time to communicate about the piece and what’s requested. If you are not in the DFW area, please place a commission 2-3 weeks before the commission is needed. Time is needed to finish the commission, process payment, and ship/deliver the painting.

I take payments through Venmo, Zelle, or accept all major credit cards. Payment is required before I start the commission.
